At MedsCourier, we strive to provide excellent service to our customers. In the event that you are dissatisfied with our service, we offer a refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the following information regarding our refund process:

• Refunds will be provided based on the service definitions outlined at the time of payment. We encourage you to review your service definition to understand the terms and conditions of your selected service.

• To initiate a refund claim, you can reach out to us via various channels including writing, email, Live Help, or telephone. When submitting a refund claim, please provide the following information:

  • Your MedsCourier Booking/reference number

  • If applicable, your Courier tracking number or Booking number

• Please note that refunds cannot be processed for any consequential loss.

• If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds can only be processed to the contracted party who booked the order.

• Refunds will be processed through the same online mode used for the payment. Please allow some time for the refund process to be completed as all refunds undergo a thorough verification process to ensure accuracy.

• You have a maximum of 28 days from the date the order was placed to request a refund.

• We do not accept shipment cancellation requests.
