- For shipments delivered by carriers, Medscourier is liable up to INR 2500 for lost packages carrying medications, whereas Medscourier is liable for up to INR 1500 for shipments sent by Self Networks.
- The rate lists on the website are only used as samples. Due to changes in fuel rates and other modifications, they may or may not be updated frequently. Customers would not be able to negotiate the rates; these would be the final rates.
- The final invoice that you will be charged for will be calculated based on the greater of the actual or volumetric weight.
- You must pay the return shipping fees set forth by Medscourier if you send any things that are not allowed by international couriers.
- Depending on the items being sent, there may be duties that the consignee or receiver must pay.
- Medscourier inspects each and every item before sending it to your destination nation for security reasons.
- Customs charges, broker fees, and any related expenses are the responsibility of the consignee/sender; Medscourier has no financial stake in them and should not be held liable for them.
- There are several situations where we rely on a third party rather than provide service. Extra costs will apply to those specific locations.
- Support is provided by Medscourier via social media, WhatsApp, calls, emails, and live chat. Please send an email to info@medscourier.com to unsubscribe from future updates if you find any of them to be distracting.
- Your packages are delivered to your destination country via Delhi (domestic pickup).
- Repackaging could make the package heavier, which would result in increased charges that the sender would have to pay.
- Medscourier has the right to intercept shipments that are illegal and file a complaint against the sender.
- In order to keep records and send them to the carrier company, Medscourier requests personal information and identification documents. Information about the client is secure with us, and it won't be disclosed to anybody else without the customer's permission.
- Due to customs, there can be significant delays in pickups. The customer's TAT may not correspond to the actual delivery time. In that situation, Medscourier tries its best to assist the client and act as soon as possible.
- The customer is responsible for paying any transaction fees associated with payments made through payment gateways; Medscourier has no financial stake in these fees. The customer has the option to use IMPS if they don't want to pay that cost.
